  • Orders are initiated by the customer through WhatsApp using the platform’s integrated feature.

  • All transactions, including payment, delivery, returns, and customer service, are managed directly between the buyer and the vendor.

  • Khartoum Lights is not responsible for any disputes, product defects, or service issues arising from orders.
